Hi! My name is Dana Min
My counselling approach is holistic, addressing not just the mind but also the body and spirit. Being originally from South Korea, I also bring a perspective shaped by Eastern wisdom—an appreciation for balance, inner peace, and connection—that beautifully complements the Western therapeutic models.
At the core of my practice is this simple truth: you are worthy of love, healing, and a life of peace.

About Dana
Hi, I’m Dana.
I’m a counsellor and the founder of Therapy Tent. My work is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. Before becoming a counsellor, I experienced the healing impact of counselling during a significant season of my own life. That journey shaped my deep belief that when people are given a safe space to be seen, heard, and understood, meaningful change becomes possible.

My approach to counselling is compassionate and holistic. I believe emotional healing often involves more than addressing immediate symptoms; it includes understanding the deeper stories, relationships, and beliefs that shape our lives.

For those who wish to include their faith as part of the therapeutic process, I also offer faith-integrated counselling.
Alongside my counselling work, I serve as Deputy Director for Far East Asia Ministry Engagement (South Korea Focus) at Christ Theological College (CTC), contributing to strengthening connections between theological training, ministry leadership, and global Christian communities.

I have also been serving in my local church community for over seventeen years. I’m a mother of two, and I understand many of the complex pressures individuals and families carry in everyday life.
Through Therapy Tent, my hope is to create a space where people can find safety, clarity, and support as they move toward healing and restoration.

If you feel ready to take the next step, you are welcome to book a session.
