Private Counselling Practice
Empower your mind, body & soul
Reclaim yourself

Welcome, and thank you for being here.
Life can be difficult at times, and seeking help is a courageous step toward healing and growth. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lost, or simply in need of a safe space, I'm here to walk alongside you.
I think true change begins when we understand our deep desires to be loved, to be accepted, and to have purpose in life.
My approach to counselling is holistic, integrating mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. Each of these areas influences the others, and true healing happens when we care for the whole person.
Psychosomatic healing is possible. Let’s take this journey together to discover your true self.

About Dana.
Hi, I am Dana, a counsellor passionate about helping people discover their true worth and live with confidence and freedom.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's in Research in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. With this foundation, I offer evidence-based strategies grounded in psychological science—but I also bring something deeper.
Rooted in the Christian faith, I believe the most powerful transformation happens when we encounter the love of Jesus Christ—the One who gave Himself for us so we would know we are deeply loved, valued, and never alone.
My counselling approach is holistic, addressing not just the mind but also the body and spirit. I’ve seen that when we invite spiritual truth into our emotional and mental struggles, there is real power to break patterns, heal wounds, and bring lasting change.
Being originally from South Korea, I also bring a perspective shaped by Eastern wisdom—an appreciation for balance, inner peace, and connection—that beautifully complements the Western therapeutic models.
At the core of my practice is this simple truth: you are worthy of love, healing, and a life of peace.
Let’s begin this journey together.
