 Counsellor (상담사)

저는 사람들의 삶 속 조용하고 따뜻한 공간, 특히 슬픔, 상실, 인생의 전환기로 인해 압도당하고, 불안정하고, 소외감을 느끼는 곳에 끌립니다.

저는 부드럽고, 사려 깊고, 따뜻한 공감을 바탕으로 상담을 진행하며, 내담자분들이 슬픔, 상실, 그리고 삶의 변화를 각자의 속도에 맞춰 극복해 나갈 수 있도록 돕습니다. 진정성을 중시하며, 내담자분들이 안전하고 편안하며, 자신의 이야기를 털어놓을 수 있는 차분하고 비판단적인 공간을 만들고자 노력합니다. 필요에 따라 창의적인 접근법이나 자연치유를 활용하여 내담자분들이 자신과 삶의 의미, 그리고 희망을 되찾도록 지원하기도 합니다.

  • MA Counselling — Level 7 integrative training in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and CBT approaches
