ABOUT THERAPIST

Our Therapists
My counselling approach is gentle, reflective, and compassionate, offering space for people to process grief, loss, and life transitions at their own pace. I value authenticity and seek to create a calm, non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe, settled, and heard. When helpful, I may also draw on creative approaches or eco-therapy to support reconnection with self, meaning, and hope.
