Jennifer Rose

 Counsellor

I am drawn to the quiet, tender spaces in people’s lives — especially where grief, loss, and life transitions have left them feeling overwhelmed, unanchored, or unseen.

My counselling approach is gentle, reflective, and compassionate, offering space for people to process grief, loss, and life transitions at their own pace. I value authenticity and seek to create a calm, non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe, settled, and heard. When helpful, I may also draw on creative approaches or eco-therapy to support reconnection with self, meaning, and hope.
